Ovina Yetu, a personal project of Chef Helt Araújo, aims to seek knowledge about the unknown Angolan gastronomy. It involves rescuing rich products, techniques, traditions, and other ancestral knowledge that silently survive in the vast provinces of Angola, without documentation or dissemination, and then promoting and reinventing them, restoring their importance to the modern world.
Through an innovative concept, high-quality standards, top-notch facilities, and a distinctive line of menus bearing Chef Helt Araújo’s signature, we work daily on research and development in our culinary laboratory to ensure maximum satisfaction and happiness.
We have a hands-on approach with a team spirit and coherence in every phase of the gastronomic process.
